A written estimate of the work to be performed will be created based on the air sample test results and remediation protocol for your specific project. The estimate for the drying, restoration and/or remediation of the work to be performed will be provided to you and your insurance company on your behalf if covered by insurance.
We start the remediation process by setting up appropriate containment barriers to prevent from cross contamination into other areas of the home. We isolate any HVAC supply vents and intakes in the affected areas. Negative air is set up with a HEPA air filtration unit. Proper protective gear is important during all aspects of Mold Remediation.
